Spring lunch: 4/8 12p

Our spring lunch will be held at the Eastland Park Hotel's newly renovated rooftop lounge, Top of the East, on Wednesday, April 8th (The Top of the East is now hosting brunch for wedding parties on Sundays). We will be ordering from the regular lunch menu, with individual checks.

We'll start with a structured discussion on a theme: workflow. The co-owners of Pixel Chicks, a new local post-processing company, will join us to talk about their service and ask for feedback from what you need to help your workflow operate more smoothly. If you haven't already, please fill out their questionnaire (post below) and come prepared with some of those points in mind.

Given everyone's feedback from our last meeting, I'm happy to report that we won't be tied to our chairs as there aren't any dining tables- just small cocktail tables, comfortable couches and such. So we'll be able to mingle and move around.

The Eastland is opening TOTE just for us and needs to bring in staff to accommodate our group. We must have a final headcount by Friday, April 3rd.

There is an adjoining parking garage. When you walk in the main entrance of the hotel, walk straight back to the elevators. Take to the top floor!

Lucky us! Two local women have teamed up to create Pixel Chicks, a post-processing service! They are gathering data to see what the greatest need for photographers is. Please take a moment and complete their brief survey. The Pixel Chicks will be attending our spring luncheon in April to chat with us more about their services (details on the luncheon to be announced shortly).

Thanks so much to those of you who joined us for lunch this afternoon, coming from as far as Bangor and Bethel! The upstairs dining room at the Falmouth Sea Grill was a great space for us to gab and enjoy their yummy sandwiches.

The meet will be held at 36 Rymat Road in Topsham, Maine (map). Attendees should plan on arriving between 2-3, with a commencement presentation/introduction taking place promptly at 3pm. There will be catering for the event, and an after-party will follow the event at 10pm at a nearby location, for those interested.
